Please see the notice below regarding the apartment community’s upcoming Fire Safety Inspection. As part of the testing, alarms will be sounding across different parts of the building.

We will hold the inspection on the following dates during regular business hours: Wednesday, July 20th thru Friday, July 22nd

During the process you will need to ensure the following:

  1. Entry alarms are turned off
  2. Pets are in a secure location

At the start of the process, all auditory and visual life safety equipment will be activated, therefore the inspectors will need to enter each home for a moment to witness and certify all equipment located in all rooms. All team members as well as inspectors will adhere to all Covid19 protocols and will have their Personal Protective Equipment. This is a visual and auditory inspections no interaction between the resident will need to be conducted. Physical distancing will be maintained by all parties.

Some important notes during the process:

  1. The garage door entry to the building will be locked. You may exit the building, but you will have to gain access to your unit from the Front Leasing Office.
  2. The double doors located in the center of the building will be released, and you will have to use the push bar to open the doors.
  3. The front entry gate to the garage will be in an “open” position to allow cars to exit.
  4. We will not have control over how long the process will take as each unit is inspected.
  5. Upon completion of the inspection we will send another email.
  6. Please secure pets, but also be mindful the alarms will sound and may distress your pet.
