Resia Rayzor Ranch is a high-rise apartment community with two residential buildings located in the Rayzor Ranch district of Denton. The Rayzor Ranch neighborhood is known for its convenient access to major highways like I-35, proximity to shopping, dining, entertainment, and its location near the University of North Texas, Texas Woman’s University, medical centers, and major employers throughout Denton.

Use the primary entrance on Heritage Trail. The apartment community is directly across the street from Home2 Suites by Hilton Denton. Please see our Google Maps embed below:

Turn in from Heritage Trail, across from Home2 Suites by Hilton Denton. Look for the small “Resia Leasing Office” sign at the entrance. When the gate is closed, use your apartment number to open the front entrance gate. Once inside, make an immediate left toward the buildings (video guide below). There are two buildings, and Lodgeur apartments are located in both.
