We've tried to keep checkout instructions as simple as possible.
We ask that you return the apartment in a well-maintained manner. This is mostly common sense, for example:
Trash - Place any trash in the kitchen or bathroom's trash can, or next to it if full - we'll take it out for you
Dishes - Please don't leave dishes in the sink, but rather place them in the dishwasher and run it
Furniture - If you've moved furniture, put it back in place as our housekeepers may not be able to move it themselves
Linens - No action required (i.e. no need to strip the bed or do anything with towels)
Door - Lock the apartment
Keys / Parking pass - Return your key set to the Keycafe (it's the same code as check-in), including your parking pass, following the on-screen instructions. Any unreturned items will be charged a replacement cost and administration fee (this can cost in excess of $200 so please don't forget!)
Damage / Missing items - Let us know if there are any damaged or missing items, or other issues so that we can get the apartment ready for the next guest on-time
Take all your belongings - Double check you've packed anything! If you've forgotten something, you will need to pay to cover the cost of shipping them back to you.
If you're staying in Mid Main Lofts, you will need to collect a parking validation ticket from the leasing office (standard opening hours are MON—FRI 9AM-6PM, SAT 10AM-5PM, SUN 1PM-5PM, but may vary at certain times of year).
This will allow you to exit the car park for free once you have returned your keys (you'll need your original parking ticket from when you arrived). If you've forgotten to do this, then there's a couple of options:
