Should there be a concern about the quality of the cleanliness on arrival, we will remedy this free of charge and as soon as a housekeeper is available on site (note: this is not 24/7 - that's how we keep our costs lower than a hotel).

Extra cleaning and linen changes

Extra cleaning and linens changes during a stay can be arranged for an additional cost. We can also make recommendations for laundry / dry-cleaning pick-up. Please contact us for further information.

Housekeeping during extended stays

For longer stays (30 nights or longer), we include complimentary cleaning every two weeks. We will contact you to arrange cleaning.

What supplies are included?

We provide a starter kit with essential supplies to get you going. If you need to restock or purchase additional items during your stay, Randalls grocery store, Walgreens and CVS Pharmacy are conveniently located nearby.

For each bathroom - 2 x mini (MALIN+GOETZ) shampoos, conditioners, body washes, moisturizers and bar soaps, (MALIN+GOETZ) hand wash dispenser, 3-4 rolls of toilet paper, sanitary towels, and a first aid kit.
Kitchen - one roll of kitchen towel, plastic wrap and aluminum foil, olive oil, salt and pepper grinders, dish soap, hand wash, antiseptic wipes, coffee, tea, herbal tea, creamer, sugar, sweetener, dishwasher tablets and laundry detergent pods.
Cleaning - bagless vacuum cleaner, bucket, mop

Laundry washer and dryer

There is no in-unit washer and dryer in any of the Levy units, but a Laundry Room is available on the same floor — the 4th floor. Laundry rooms are also available on every floor except the ground floor. Feel free to use the laundry room on any floor.

Washer Instructions

Load clothes into the washer (bottom machine).
Make Cycle Selection.
Insert Coin(s)/Card.
To Start Dryer - Close Door and Push Start.
To Stop Dryer During Cycle - Open Door.
