Please note the building is quite strict regarding the trash disposal procedure. Failure to follow the guidelines may result in a trash violation fine.

How to use the Trash Valet system

The trash valet is a service that picks up trash from outside your front door at 8pm Sunday through Thursday (no service Friday or Saturday, plus no service on the holidays listed below).

• All trash must be placed in a bin liner, tied, and placed in the colored trash bin you were provided with in the kitchen. If you have multiple bags, they can be placed on top of the trash cans, but not on the floor. No bags over 25 lbs, no broken glass or sharp objects, no oversized items, i.e. furniture, large boxes, etc...
• The trash can should be placed outside between the hours of 6 and 8pm, and brought back in before 9 am.

If you need to dispose of trash outside of the Trash Valet hours

If you need to remove trash any time that is not between 6pm and 8pm, there is a trash chute accessible 24 hours. These are located on each floor of the garage.

There is no trash valet pick up on the following holidays:

• Easter Sunday
• Memorial Day
• Fourth of July
• Labor Day
• Halloween
• Thanksgiving Day
• Christmas Eve
