During your stay
Receiving packages, mail
For short stays (< 30 days), we generally do not allow guests to receive mail.
You can, however, receive packages:
- These must be addressed to you personally and not to Lodgeur. Make sure to include the apartment number.
- Oversize packages must not be sent (e.g. furniture).
- If we receive a notification of a package, we will forward this to you (e.g. an Amazon Hub locker notification).
- You are responsible for picking up your package - we will not deliver it to you.
- Packages should not be sent prior to your arrival (else the current guest will receive the notification).
- If you are expecting a package and have yet to receive it (or notification from us), you will be responsible for checking with the building's front desk and / or the shipper.
- In buildings with an Amazon Hub locker system, not all packages may be placed there - some may end up in the building’s office due to size or capacity constraints. These lockers will also receive non-Amazon packages.
- If a package is received by the building’s office, their notifications are manually sent to us - it may take 24 hours or more for them to let us know of a package.
- If you have placed an order with UberEats, DoorDash, etc., you will need to meet the driver downstairs on the first level. Please do not instruct drivers to leave the items at the leasing office.
- If you have received a perishable delivery, please pick it up from the leasing office as soon as possible. Perishable items that are not claimed will be discarded.
- In the event that a package arrived after your departure, you are responsible for all charges to have this forwarded to you through our partner ileftmystuff.com . Please see our Lost & Found page for more information.
